The company was by founded by Warrener Stewart Directors Gary Chapman, Colin Edney, Ryan Lane, Jon Last and Damian Talbot. Director Damian Talbot oversees the US tax team assisted by his team of tax specialists who are dual qualified in both US and UK tax.
